Practical privacy note

Privacy

When you use the contact form, Alekium collects the name, work email, company, and message you choose to provide. We use that information to understand your enquiry, reply to you, and decide whether a project is a sensible fit.

The form is processed by Netlify Forms, so Netlify receives and stores the submission on Alekium's behalf. Access should be limited to people who need it to respond to enquiries. We do not use form submissions to add people to a mailing list, and we do not sell them.

Enquiry records should be kept only while they are useful for the conversation, project administration, or a genuine record-keeping need, then deleted. Please do not send passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive personal data through the form.

You can reply to any email you receive from Alekium to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your contact-form information. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active contract requires it.

This is a plain-language operational note, not legal advice or a substitute for a policy reviewed for the countries where Alekium and its clients operate.
